Pool Information

RESIDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO VALIDATE POOL/FACILITY BADGES ANNUALLY. New owners should contact management at seasonsglen@optonline.net  A Schedule will be issued in early 2018.

Following are the dates scheduled for distributing pool badges at the Clubhouse. Only residents in good standing are permitted to have pool badges. If you are a new resident, proof of residency is required, drivers license, utilities bill. Badges must be validated each year in order to use the facilities (clubhouse, pool, tennis courts). You must bring your badge for validation and pick up your guest passes on one of these dates. Children under twelve do not need a photo. You may leave your passes under the site office door. Badges will be validated weekly, and placed with the gate attendant on Friday for pick up after 4:00 PM.

Be reminded All owners are required to update badges prior to using the pool.

Residents requiring new badges can drop off a 1-inch by 1-inch photo to have badges made up. Please include proof of residence as stated above. Please include the complete pool pass form (in your welcome packet) or from the clubhouse.

Residents requiring replacement badges for lost badges need to include a check for $10.00 for each replacement badge needed along with the pool pass form.

Please remember to review the Associations Pool Rules which are available with the lifeguard or on this website.

The pool will open daily 11:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. (M-F & 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. weekends & holidays)

Just a reminder ….. Last years guest passes are still valid for owners to use for there guests. Please remember you must accompany your guest to the pool.
