The Finance Committee works with the Seasons Glen Board of Trustees and A & R Midstate Management to review yearly budgets, contracts and accounts receivable records. The Reserve study is reviewed annually and updated every 5 years. Municipal Services is monitored, reviewed and renewed. Long and short term projects are reviewed and planned. The committee reviews the annual audit. The committee monitors insurance. An on going update to the community is presented at each open meeting. The Audit is reviewed. The committee meet in March and July 2014, next meeting will be in October 2016 Owners may request a copy from the site office seasonsglen@optonline.net. The Association insurance is renewed as September each year. Owners can request a copy of a certificate by contacting CAU of America 800 228- 1930 (no charge to owners)
